no wonder they grew so much hair.. it takes the attention of their butt ugly faces!

I'm sure most of the sisters were considered beautiful and their hair only highlighted it. Just because the standard of beauty is the way it is now does not mean that's the way it was then.

RATHER RUDE, Oh so you want history about Plastic girls??
Carry on with your missionary sex
David's comment: The rudeness of some people...
This is most surely extraordinary hair!!!
Rude David's nasty and totally uncalled-for remark aside: these are beautiful photos of lovely ladies and their stunningly beautiful hair!
(I wonder how many years it took for their hair to grown that long?)
Some people just think that all women should look like f&%$ing Barbie dolls....or their blow up girlfriends. I think the ladies are a very beautiful part of history & their hair is just icing on the cake.
to give you an idea of time for hair growing...I started growing my hair (from shoulder length) almost 15 years ago and now my hair is down to my knees.
my hair at its longest was only down to my collarbone. It comes out in my hairbrush every day, as hair has a growing cycle--so these gals really do have sprcial hair.

Wow, must be included in guiness book of record for sure !
well david thank you for expressing your opinion so rudely, im sure youre just a gorgeous person.
Glad to see the Sutherland Sisters here; I did a search to show my granddaughter pictures of their hair. These ladies are from my hometown & they toured selling shampoo and playing music.
My granddaughter's hair, which has never been cut in her whole 4 years of life, is now 19" long.
I wonder if they had bad headaches and neck pain. I also bet they suffered during the summer.
Otherwise, neat.
most useless win ever.

I read somewhere that their mother made a home made special hair ointment and put it in their hair and the children that the girls went to grade school with said that the oder was horrible. I also read that they hade a brother. Personally, I have always been fasinated by long hair, especially the way it moves under water. What can I say, I have a hair fettish.
I wonder what David Iceland would think of today's beautis if he saw them without make-up. Beauty IS in the eyes of the behold & David is obviously blind!
"Butt ugly faces"? I think that every one of them was lovely, and their hair only accentuated their beauty. I wonder what became of them as they grew older, and I'm curious about how long they kept their ravishing tresses.
