Car Repair During The Financial Crisis
A guy decided to put glass on the front fog lamps of his car. And as the financial crisis is here, he didn’t want to buy new ones but to save his money and do some makeshift. So he took a glass jar.

Great idea, I too wonder how long it took to make such a thing. Must have been a drag to find the right size glass jar though.

That's unreal, but cool. If it works. I guess the glass will probably last longer than the plastic - especially the thick glass from a bottle. And the light shows through well without any distortion?
The only catch is that every time the lights come on the car smells like pickles. :)
