A remarkable story of a young child who by the age of six had a stomach so firm and so toned that he had, not a six-pack but, an eight-pack. Richard moved to the USA when he was two years old with his parents, Pavel and Lena, from the Ukraine for a better life.
Pavel, A World Martial Arts Champion and Lena, an Aerobics competitor, soon realised, or perhaps, soon decided that Richard would/could be a child prodigy. They began his training at the age of two with light exercises and martial arts skills. This progressed over the next few years to quite intense body-building work outs. Richard trained continuously and attained a truly remarkable physique.
Richard was put in touch with Frank and Sherry Goggin-Giardina, body-building, fitness and nutritional experts with the marketing clout to get Richard known. Frank and Sherry produced a healthy fitness program for the boy to follow and soon he was lifting 180 pounds. He continued to train in martial arts and by age eight had the strongest kicks and fastest punches in the world.
His ability to bench press heavy weights, as well as his training regimen, have made him known in the media of many nations as "The Strongest Boy in the World" have worked to get him a career in movies, much like Sandrak's idol, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the family even launched a line of supplements featuring his picture on the packaging that Richard himself promoted (They caused controversy in the documentary he is in, as Sandrak's trainer at the time believed that his father was putting steroids in the supplements).

She certainly loofs strong
Holy frak, that's how shounen anime charaters (Dragon Ball style) look in real life! Kindda gross...O.o
poor boy..
He's bound to have loads of great sex in his teens, testicles removed in his early twenties and then die from a broken heart valve around thirty. Loads of idiots are willing to sell their future that way.
Not hard to see the gyno that has already set in. His father should be put in jail. Seeing the boy now compared to when he was a boy, it is obvious he is no genetic freak, but simply a chemically altered one. No child has the available testosterone to support the kind of muscle he had as a boy. Again, the father is a pathetic excuse for a human being.
carlos said what the fuck man how the hell u get them 8 pacs holla back at carlos.morais@ymail.com

You and I both know that is NOT natural at his young age... STEROIDS.
The Father should be in JAIL.
Sad.
At the tender age of two, Richard, who was born in a small village in the Ukraine, migrated with his parents to the USA and settled in Pennsylvania.
There, only a year later, he started to train in both the martial arts and bodybuilding, while using small lightweight dumbbells to help strengthen his body. Richard began to excel.
In 1999, the family took another bold venture and again risked everything on a move to California in the hopes of a better life. Shortly thereafter, the media started to take a notice to Richard's incredible progress and the remarkable young age at which he was accomplishing this.
During these early times of media coverage, Richard met his first manager where he was aptly named Little Hercules, the strongest boy.
Headlined as such, Richard started to appear as a guest poser in many bodybuilding shows such as: Mr. Olympia, Night of Champions, Mr. USA, the Emerald Cup, and one of the biggest there is, the Arnold Classic among many others. Worldwide, Richard has been fortunate to inspire children and adults alike. And wanting to use this in the best way possible,
Richard, with the help of his new manager Marco Garcia, in March 2005 completed the shooting on a new video program to help kids stay healthy, fit and happy called the Workout Video For Kids.
Wow, maybe his parents should have let him sit around and watch TV and become a fat ass like the rest of American kids. No wonder the US has the highest rate of obesity, being fit at a young age is now frowned upon. This kid started working out at about the same age as Arnold Schwarzenegger but I don't here you bitching about him!
Yes 'cause shooting your kid up with steroids is so healthy and good!
Thats not natural at all i am 14 and workout 3 to 4 hours every day with heavy and light waight and im only lifting 200 pds and squating 400.. and not nearly as cut up as him. He's takeing staroids or growth hormons.

So because you not very good at it, everyone else has to be equally as mediocre as you? If you're dedicating 3-4 hours a day and you're not as cut as the kid in this video, you are doing something very wrong!
That's one ugly looking kid.
And if you look at the pics when he is older he looks like a girl. This is wrong the parents are living through their son.
why dont u all shut up?????? My six year old looks ust like that and has only ever lifted his knife and fork to eat!!!!!!!
Thank you! Hard work pays off. Replies here are very cruel & mean spirited. Mostly because NO ONE wants to work that hard. Many are searching for that easy way out. That quick fix. Many have fallen prey to the advertisements galore that sell these quick fixes; just take a pill you don't have to work for it. And it sells like hot cakes. It is a multi-million-dollar industry. There may be some controversy over Richard taking steroids but, even if he did, that does not negate the dedication, discipline, & hours of hard work it takes to build that muscle. I look forward to eeing all the accomplshments yet to come from Richard. I am inspired and in awe. Thank you, Little Hercules.
