Earlier this week, News of the World broke a story about an 11-year-old named Kordeza Zhelyazkova who gave birth to a baby girl on her wedding day.
Her husband, 19-year-old Jeliazko Dimitrov, met her in the playground of her Roma gypsy school in Bulgaria and rescued her from bullies. He said he believed she was 15 at the time and was never made aware of her real age.
He now faces up to six years in prison for having sex with a minor.
Kordeza has dropped out of school and says she is not going back. 'I used to play with my toys,' she said to News of the World. 'But now [my baby] is my new toy.' For more details.

Not quite the World's Youngest Mother. That title actually goes to a five-year-old girl who lives in Peru, which occured back in the 1930's.
doesn't look 11 to me. i can't blame the guy. she's quite ugly though, so he has poor taste. but then he's a gypsy. beggars can't be choosers. anyway a very similar thing happened in Russia. the adult father got away with it because the girl's family pleaded for him not to be put in prison.
in our country, gipsies give birth at 7-12 years... 11 is kinda old.

Um contrary to what some say she is a pretty young lady. To say she is ugly is mean because she hasn't even matured yet. With that said, she doesn't look 11 years old, but still, this guy should have found out about her. I'm sure that in their community information is out there. I also think that whatever I might feel about it, her body was ready for it because she did, in fact, give birth. At least he did marry her, that says a lot in today's world. Good luck to them, they will need it.
I think she will be a great mother, she does look mature for her age.. I was 15 wen I had my first child, an I think she can grow with her child. As for the father you cant blame him she looks like 15.. But she needs to realise there is abit more to life than having a child, an that marrying someone so young is way to harse, for a person so young.
Not the worst thing to happen in the world. They're obviously staying together, they want the child and take responsibility for what happened. She by no means looks 11 and doesn't seem to act it either.
This girl DOES NOT look even remotely below the age of 18!!!!! I'm 17 and she looks older than me!!!! She is VERY mature for her age. But it still is very freaky and disturbing when you think about it......

Who would say that she's ugly?! Did you have a look at the pictures? She is SO beautiful. I know, that saying that 'the beauty is subjective' and so on, but in her case? Even though this sentence is against the definition, I insist that she is objectively BEAUTIFUL! That much I insist. And ok, the wedding picture is not so good, but that's because of the stupid make-up and most likely a bad camera. But the others..?

i have to admit they should gave used protection but if i didnt use that i would have given birth at age 10 i think that she is a fair looking girl but i dont see y she isint disappointed in herself for losing her virginity and giving birth @ such a young age heck i was just by not being a virgin today now im 11 and havint done that since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My nanna was 15 when she gave birth to my mum, she was young but she wasn't stupid she finished her education, worked in the school that my mum attended so hat she could keep an eye on her and now she has even more important job there, 3 sons, one with a good job another who is in uni and 1 who has just started college and she's done really well. I'm 12 and now I look up to my nanna for any advice or help that I need more than my mum or my dad. yeah 11 is young but they're married now, dad makes good money, everyone helps with the baby and everyone will have a happy future, I just know it it nearly always does.

To the person who said it was impossible to get pregnant or carry a child to full term at 5 years old, you have to consider the facts.
It was descovered that the girl in question had a condition known as precocious puberty - its where the body develops the adult characteristics at a much earlier age.. she was having periods at 12 - it occurs in both boys and girls. look it up if you dont beleive me.

This girl doesnt even look like she 11 she looks like she at least 17/18. but anyways the fact that she said"I dont play with toys anymore, my baby is my new toy" says alot about what kinda mother she is going to be
i had my son when i was just 14 yrs old....she does not look like 11 she looks older than that.
in the second picture you can see she has got breasts therefore she must be 14 years Min age to have that bigger size.

In the site the information said that the father is 19. I think this is not true. He is definitely above 25.
