Pit Bulls Vs. Bull

In Phenix, Alabama these two abandoned pit bulls caught their food on their own. They decided to hunt this bull, strayed from its herd. The result of their hunt is inside the post.

why would someone just stand there and watch/take pictures???

it's horrible

Yes horrible pictures. I think it is tastless and tells more about the person that took the pictures than the animals. I'm also dissapointet about http://damncoolpics.blogspot.com/ who has put up the pictures.

How the fuck would you intervene?

you dont have to post the pictures. the one looks like a puppy and that is just sad. Pits are one of the most abused breeds.

Hate pitbulls, good for the bull

what the hell could you do against a huge bull and two salvage pitbulls?
The guy who take the photos is lucky for the two pitbulls didn't came after him..

We must agree the guy also have BIG BALLS

The really interesting thing in this is the situation. How did this happen? And why...

you mess with the bull, you get the horns? teehee

It looks more like these pit bulls belong to the guy who took these pictures rather than being abandoned. Just think about it. Animals rarely attack someone of a much larger size.

And if you were a starving pit bull, like this post claims, attacking a human who's standing by and taking photos would probably be your preferred choice to attacking a bull.

They are not abbandoned. They have same collar.

I saw this on another site

"The whole story is: After Hurricane Katrina,
these dogs were left homeless. They went feral
and were shot after trying to take down this
bull for food."

it would take al least 5 to 7 pitbuls to take down these big guy. they wore realy hungry and desperate to go against him.

I think it is an interesting and cool post. Not that I hate pitbulls or anything like that, so relax before you bash. like a few said...what could the photographer do? Also what about the bull, i guarantee his mouth got shredded by that dog latched on...he may have died from starvation a week later because he couldn't eat.
All the bleeding heart people who get panties twisted up by these things..here is a clue...DONT LOOK AT THEM...click a different link...whatever you do...just shut up.

Photographer is certainly smaller pray than bull. Anyhow, these things happen every day only thing is- protagonists are animals that live away from our lives, so it makes it less painful for us to comprehend. Fascinating story is documented in these photos. They are so small compared to bull...

Shay....please keep the discussion on a adult level.

would you seriously step in and get in the middle of two hungry pitbulls and a full grown bull? thats stupid, common sense would tell you to keep clear of that situation. and its all part of the circle of life anyway, kill or be killed and from what i have read in another article these dogs were starving after hurricane katrina and obviously this was their last option for a food source. and i doubt they would stray from the bull once they got started and go at the photographer, unless the photographer tried to get in the middle of it all.

To all you people complaining and saying this is horrible, evil and cruel.
Have any of you ever watched any nature programs?
*and here we have a zebra! It’s getting a drink in that muddy watering hole. Crikey! look at that! A crock just jumped out of the water and bit him, now the crock is pulling it under the water for the death spin! I would intervene but I might get eaten myself or my face kicked off by the zebra. So I will just watch.*

Plus if someone was going to intervene it would be the farmer with a shotgun, and he wouldn’t be shooting at the bull. Bulls = $$$. Pits = dime a dozen.

It's sad? maybe.

But this happens everyday everywhere, it's called nature.

For all you dumb F*cks who have NO IDEA what is going on here(especially those of you who are incapable of formulating a proper sentence and using the correct spelling of words):

The two dogs WERE left behind during the the Katrina hurricane evacuation. Sad but true. This was weeks after the hurricane had passed. The dogs were hungry.

Pitbulls especially ones trained to fight do not attack humans so the photographer was fine.

The breeds original design was actually to take down unruly bulls in england beginning in the 18th century, hence Pit "Bull". Stupid people who observed their amazing strength, resilience, and ability to not be phased by pain, began fighting them against each other.

Pit Bulls are amazing animals by far the best breed of any dog for thousands of reasons from superb hunting, swimming, tracking, and all around working dog abilities, to their extremely affectionate temperament(when raised properly).

And by the way for all who doubt. THE BULL LOST!!! These pictures along with others were featured in a maxim article detailing the entire engagement, about five years ago.

Long Live The Greatest Breed, THE AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER.

Try and educate yourselves before you ignorant fools speak. Its people like you who make the world we live in a scary place for the well adjusted intelligent people like myself and more than likely your employer.

This scene occurred in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, outside of New Orleans, when the two pit bulls, crazed with hunger, decided that a bull would make a great dinner. They were wrong. A reporter for the Sunday Telegraph witnessed the scene:

Like a wrestling tag team, the bitch and the dog attacked with awesome ferocity, leaping at the bull's head and latching on to its muzzle. The stricken bull repeatedly shook the dogs off, flinging them up to 15 feet in the air. But they took turns to keep up the attack, exhausting the bull which was by now smeared with blood. Even after the bull trampled the bitch, leaving it dazed, the dog stepped up its attack... It was too dangerous for an unarmed witness to intervene but The Sunday Telegraph flagged down a National Guard truck. Seeing what was happening, a soldier shot the bitch in the head. The dog paused before resuming the attack. It took two bullets to stop it dead.

Nature at it's medicore tame. There is more gruesome deaths and more numerous then two pitbulls dying and a injured bull. Like 30 hornets committing mass genocide on a bee colony. Natures cruel and if you agree otherwise go hug a bear that just came out of hibernation. I am sure the thing would appreciate the care you give it.

Wow you know absolutely nothing about dogs do you. Hahaha I'm not going to even bother explainING.
