The second picture isn't of a coral snake. An old rhyme we used to remember the difference, "Red on Black, venom lack; Red on Yellow, kills a fellow."

Most of the world's deadliest snakes are in Australia. I'm not sure that many on this list would rank on a list of venom potency or danger to humans.

as Joe said, 2nd picture is a King snake. Not a coral snake
