The funny part is that Ukhta is an important industrial city with plenty oil wells and as we know, oil=money. What’s funny is that oil companies are too greedy to give money to build a good road, plus it’s in their interests.

As someone who has been on that road and worked in the oil industry there I can tell you we try and keep the road up.
The problem is the permafrost and constant melting of the ice and snow each year. The road is great during the winter it just stinks in summer.
Its the breaks of the game over there.
Since when do companies build roads?! The Russian government should be building it! You should be blaming Vladimar "KGB" Putin!!
He's too busy figuring out the next person to have shot or poisoned, as he has people assassinated that oppose/are critics of him.
