It's interesting to look at these and think how when these sort of ideas were happening at DC Comics Stan Lee and company at Marvel were creating and nurturing Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, X-Men, etc. and the whole revolution it created in the comic books industry. If Frank Miller hadn't jumped ship after his wonderful work on Daredevil and reinvented Batman DC may have slowly fizzled away.
