Pregnant Weight Lifting Girls

Although we all know that exercise is good for your health, we are not sure that this extreme weightlifting is good for the baby. What do you think?

Why would you risk a baby or the Mum?
People get so mixed up about fitness

If your body is used to working out in that way you can continue to do so, you just have to lighten the weight and intensity. There is no risk to the mom or the baby with strength training through pregnancy if it is done correctly. It is actually healthier and results in a faster recovery after labor.
